I think that anyone experiencing loss due to death as well as other loses would find this book beneficial. Gwen shares openly and honestly helping the reader work through their grief and not feel alone.

Grieving Life's Changes

Having lost an infant many years ago, this book was confirming of our emotional journey and our spiritual struggles.
