THIS IS JUST SO GOOD!

From the moment I opened this book I couldn't put it down! My layouts had become boring and my 'design mojo' had been seriously missing for way too long. Chapter by chapter it took me through figuring out my 'style' and putting a layout together that was me, not just a copy of someone else whose work I liked. I have now read it twice (in 2 weeks!) and it has notes scribbled in margins and sticky notes all through it. I think it will be a long time before it makes its way off my scrapping table and onto a shelf. I can see myself referring back to it often! Perfect for anyone new to scrapbooking or searching for their style!

A Groovy Kind of Love

First if you are looking for a book with step by step instructions look elsewhere. This is not the type of book they are selling. This book is directly written to those of us who need to figure out the exact scrapper in us. I to have read it cover to cover and found it very insightful. There are several layouts to help you discover the inner scrapper. By the end of the book you will be able to define the kind of scrapper you are. It gives you examples of ways you can become inspired and reasons as to why you may be in a rut. I wouldn't recommend this to beginners.

I keep it handy!

This book is something I turn to again, again, and again. There are lots of good ideas here; lots of details, and just lots to study. It's helpful that in one section, they've taken the same layout and executed it in several different styles. I love this book!

Discovered My Groove! LOL!

Easy to follow. Great samples of each different "styles." A "test" is provided for those who aren't sure of their "style." A definite keeper in the scrapbook library!

Full of Inspiration - WONDERFUL BOOK!

I read this book from cover to cover within two days of receiving it. The key word there is "READ." Normally, I flip through idea books and study the layouts, but this book is so well written and so full of great information, tips, motivation, etc. that I couldn't put it down. There are so many times when I feel I've "lost my mojo" for scrapbooking, and this book will be close at hand for those moments. I loved exploring all the various styles and discovering the ones I was most drawn to. The layouts in this book are also phenomenal, providing all the inspiration I would need for jumpstarting that mojo! This is definitely one idea/guide book that won't collect dust on my shelf. Wonderfully done!
