Tillis: talented and terrific!

Tracey Tillis has the wonderful talent of keeping her readers turning pages while sitting on the edges of their seats. Convicted of killing her much older husband, Shannon La Crosse joins forces with a lover from her past to find the true killer. Intrigue, danger, razor-sharp suspense and romance are the ingredients of this thriller. Make room on your shelves -- all of this writer's books will be keepers!

A terrific read

Shannon La Crosse earned the enmity of the family of the much older, very wealthy Peter, when she married him. Her brother-in-law, Alan Quade, watching her influence Peter's business dealings, decides that she is an obstacle that must be removed. A stalker starts to phone her and threatens her life. When she thought the stalker had entered her room, she panicked, fired a shot, and killed her step-son Jeff. The jury convicts her of voluntary manslaughter. She is set free because new evidence, backing up her stalker claim, comes to light Freedom is not enough for the feisty social worker. She wants complete vindication as well as obtaining revenge on the person who set her and Jeff up. Alan has apparently recently died in a boating accident. Shannon believes that he has fabricated a major hoax and hires a private eye, with whom she once shared a torrid past, to investigate her theory. Together, the pair finds intrigue, danger, and love as they work to uncover Shannon's enemies. Tracey Tillis is an author whose talent runs through every page of FINAL ACT, a mesmerizing thriller that fixates on the far reaching effects of betrayal. This mesmerizing novel brilliantly incorporates elements of romance and mainstream fiction into what is essentially a psychological thriller. FINAL ACT will be a hard act to follow for the tremendous Tracey Tillis. Anyone who desires their reading material to be the best, need to only look for the quality label of Ms. Tillis.
