Overcoming obstacles leads one to develop powerful endurance and self-belief. It demands that one steps out of their comfort zone by directly facing their fears and doubt. Vulnerability is exposed during this process of growth. Figure It Out is a poetry book that emphasizes bravery during times of despair. It empowers people to be bold instead of carrying the burden of worry and pain on their back. It is an attempt to take a dare to achieve something rare. The motivation that is required to do all of this exposes the potential within a person. As a Bosnian ex-refugee and survivor of bullying and abuse, I think that having the right mindset can help one overcome anything. I hope to achieve that by motivating others with this book.
