In June 2020, Dr. Paul Diamond is sent back in time along with three other team members to Washington City in 1863. Their mission is to meet and help Abraham Lincoln and the Union armies defeat the Confederate army led by Robert E. Lee by offering advanced weapons that would help defeat the Southern armies at Gettysburg and Vicksburg, thereby hastening their surrender.
