Coach Clif White was a football and softball coach at Midlothian High School in Texas. In May 202, he was diagnosed with stage 4 urachal cancer. With his competitive and fighting spirit, he refused to let cancer win. Dr. gave him a 15% chance to beat it. He knew that if he charged this storm with all he had, that on the other side would be that 15% or it was pearly gates of Heaven. He knew he won either way. His faith, love for his family, athletes, and his legacy, made him rise each morning and charge into the raging storm to fight the good fight of faith, through immense pain and exhaustion.
