Good Story.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. This is the story of two thoughtful, adolescent girls growing up in Mumbai, India living in opposite and somewhat parallel environments. One is privileged and the other lives in a brothel with her mother and siblings. Neither girl is what they appear to be on the surface. Both of these girls' lives are in serious danger and they help one another through some very scary, horrible times. After reading this I want to learn more about the caste system in India and the book is another reminder (to me) to not assume I know who people are.
