High school senior Paige Booker wakes from a coma to find she now has the ability to read people's emotions through touch. In the days before Thanksgiving Marlene is absent from school, and Paige makes up her mind to forget Marlene and her problems and live like a normal teen. Except-Paige wakes on Thanksgiving and knows something is terribly wrong with Marlene. Now it's up to Paige and David to find her before it's too late.
