Content was what I wanted, Condition not as stated

I had checked this book out from my library and it was one I wanted to own. Ordered this that was supposed to be in VERY GOOD CONDITION... IT WAS NOT! Front cover is coming off at the bottom and pages are bent up. The entire book is not even "square." Like it was stepped on or dropped from a high place! Not happy with this one at all.
