This study aims to investigate through a reflective process how the constitution of femininity occurs, seeking to understand how the transition from biological processes of the human being to symbolic values occurred. From a Freudian psychoanalytic approach which seeks to remake it, it begins with the animalistic, then the myth about the origin of culture: and finally, the technical foundation based on Freud about the feminine. In elaborating his theory on human sexuality, this author approaches the Oedipus Complex as a fundamental stage for this development, resulting from a complex process. The methodology adopted was of a qualitative bibliographical nature. In short, this research is justified as it contributes to the questions concerning the psychic-sexual character with respect to the transitoriness from the animalistic to the cultural.
