Felix the Idiot

Felix is an Idiot. Not a fool, but an official Idiot responsible for obstructing daily life in his town. His routine is upset when he meets a trader carrying mysterious old Scrolls. Returning to what he hopes will be normal life, he finds a local professor has been killed with his own apparatus for reversing the colours of the rainbow. The work of an academic rival? Or a cult wearing rainbow hats and venerating the Scrolls? Are their black coated opponents and their leader implicated? Will the West Pole be discovered? What is PANT? And why does Susy keep meeting Felix when he is talking to Carol?
