Very Disappointed

I received this book (International) and was very disappointed to see that all the letters from Felix and the fold out world map had been torn out. The book was listed as “Very Good”. These books are interactive; the letters and maps, etc. are an essential part of the story. I was offered a refund as I was told there were no more copies in stock to send me a replacement. I can see 4 copies in stock online. Unfortunately, I am hesitant to order another one. I paid for shipping and customs/duty on this book (which I’m certain I won’t be refunded) and it is not useable. So disappointing. Update: i was refunded only the purchase price, no shipping or duty costs. I was told that their system does not allow replacements to be shipped outside of the US, albeit they can ship orders outside the US. I’m not sure I will order anything again if this is the case.

These books are great for parent and childern to read together. And both will enjoy all the books by this author. I did and when my childern where older I passed them onto another child, and aday care so they can enjoy. I had the books for eight years. And my childern loved them so much they did not even ruin them.
