GREAT GIFT!

As a writer and former teacher, I found "Feline Online" to be the purr-fect book for both children and adults. The chuckles as zany cat Tarzan surfs the Internet will keep even a reluctant reader turning pages. I select carefully for a book that is well written, with the fervent wish that my choice will turn the recipient into an avid reader. "Feline Online" is my current pick. I now have six wrapped books for birthday and holiday presents. Thank you, Elyse Cregar, for making my shopping such a joy!

Feline Online - Fantastically Funny!

I teach English and have read many books for children over the years. This book is humorous with an incredibly original plot. Tarzan, the main character, is quite independent and intelligent. He wants a bird and discovers a totally modern way to fulfill this fondest wish. He teaches himself how to use the Internet and in the process, is contacted by an ancient Egyptian cat goddess. Because of his personal journey, we learn to look at this mythology through the eyes of a cat. This is a book to read with a child. It will make any child see cats in aspecial way.

Smart Kitty Kapers!!!

I LOVED this book. It is fun, educational, and very well written. You get a hilarious plot, strong Siamese and human characters (Foo-Foo is so lazy you can hardly believe it), and fascinating mysteries involving the ancient cat gods of Egypt. What more could anyone ask for??? Plus,the descriptions of Amanda and her use of sign language are extraordinary. This book is all about the beauty and mystery of communication--what cats and people crave.

Have you ever read the story Feline Online? Well if you have not read it yet then you should! In my opinion i thought that this book was very interesting because,there were parts in the story that really made me think about how the characters felt during the event in this story. The parts that made me think was when the parrot flew into the house and i thought about how they could get rid of the bird. I also thought about how the cats could get the bird back to Petunia's Pet Shop without the owner Amanda ever finding out that they got a parrot by accident. The last thing that made me think about the story hard was why Mrs.Oddgrass was named that and how the author of this story came up with that name, actually I think she was named that because she was always acting odd around people and she never wanted things to change from her past. Well this is just my opinion and if you want to share your opinion with other people about this wonderful story then go and read this book!

Have you ever read Feline Online? Well if you have not read it yet then you should! In my opinion I thought that this book was very interesting. I thought that this was interesting because first of all i love cats so it really got me into the book! Also this book made me think about how the characters in the book felt in there parts in this book. Also I thought about why Mrs.Oddgrass was named that, actually I think she was named that because she was always acting strange and mostly odd aroud people for example, she always wants things to stay the same and she does not want anything to change from the things in her past. Also I wondered how the author came up with that name for that pesific character which is Mrs.Oddgrass! Also I thought about how they could solve the problems in this wonderful book. This is just my opinion of this book but if you want to state your opinion just read this wonderful book!
