Helpful book because along with the text of the rules it gives you the advisory committees notes to explain exactly how the rule works.

fast shipping

The book was shipped quickly. The spine was broken, but I took the low-bid book so that is what you get. Other than the broken spine, this is a great book with very little marking or highlighting.
