The worst Robert Carrier cookbook I have read

I have 3 other cookbooks by the same author and all are excellent with lots of recipes I make regularly. this one had very few I was interested in despite loving French cuisine in general. Also the quality of the book was poor. major spill on one page. cover was good though. Going straight to goodwill.
