Picking up moments after the end of FEAST II, the survivors are saved by Shot Bus Gus, a mysterious prophet who has the uncanny ability to control the beasts. Leading the survivors through the sewers into the big city, the group learns from the prophet that the beasts originated from a place called "The Hive." Armed with this new information and a renewed interest in living, the motley crew of strangers decides to fight back and destroy the beasts once and for all.
