Budget Friendly Recipes

Who doesn't shop Costco or Sam's Club? The recipes are for real people that live in the real world. They are tasty, economical and easy and all the ingredients are actually readily availabe to most shoppers. I live in a rural area and make quarterly trips to "the city" for such exotic items as arugula and fennel. If you have ever shopped for such common (or should be common) items, you know how great it is to hit CostCo and Sam's. Do you want a garlic braid? Sam's, at a low price! Do you want fennel (a fresh bulb)? Costco or Sam's will have it. Do you want really good food without forking out lots of money? This is your book.
