Great Cookbook

I bought this book at a retail store for a gift basket I was putting together and then realized I loved it! When I gave it away I knew I needed to find one for myself. It took some doing, but I finally did and am very pleased. There are a ton of wonderful recipes in here.

One of Best, Easy-To-Use Cooknooks I Own

I have to say, I was suspicious of the title for this cook book, because, let's face it, usually "brand names" are out trying to accomplish one thing - selling their own name! However, this book has surpassed all of my expectations. Not only are the full-page pictures on every page gorgeous, mouth-watering, and helpful, but EVERY SINGLE recipe I've tried have been EXCELLENT. The best thing is that these recipes, in their efforts to use "brand name" products, have made simple, easy-to-understand recipes with shortcuts like using canned diced tomatoes or pre-made Italian dressing. Usually I have everything the recipe calls for right in my cupboard, and substitutions are easy to make. Because of this book, I've become more creative, trying out things I never would have dared to experiment with before. Best cookbook I've ever owned!
