This book reviews some results in system-level reliability analysis methods applied in KNSAT-1 CubeSat system. KNSAT-1 is designed in 2010 as a first Sudanese educational satellite. Those mechanisms will be applied to few aspects of the On Board Computer (OBC), responsible for the management of the operations of the CubeSat system. Those mechanisms applied to understand and quantify occurrence of errors/faults and their impact on system design. Furthermore, how different mechanisms used to recover the system from errors. A comparison of different approaches is briefly carried out to determine the pros and cons of each of them. Minimal fault handling has been incorporated in the current designs. The objective of this research is to carry out a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis of the CubeSat hardware and software design. The study will implement some fault recovery actions. Validation tests will be carried out on some aspects of the system.
