Biblical Fasting is very important. It is a spiritual activity, and every Christian is required to fast because Jesus said when we fast, not if we fast. This means that we are expected to fast as Christians.
For a Christians, fasting is not an option, but a requirement; it is expected of us and so we must fast. For this reason, we must understand what fasting is and we must make sure that we do it right so that it serves its purpose.
