Fast Grandma

By Crystal Sciarini

Dean can hardly wait to race his Fast Grandma. He packs a stopwatch, cheering words, and even a special pair of running shoes. But no matter what he does, Grandma never seems ready to run

As Dean tries to figure out why Grandma is taking so long, he discovers Grandma didn't say she was fast, she said she was fasting. Through one funny misunderstanding, Dean learns that spending time with God is more important than winning a race and that some of life's greatest adventures happen when we slow down and seek Him.

Dean's unforgettable adventure reminds children that spending time with God is worth the wait. Through laughter, love, and a surprising misunderstanding, young readers will discover that following Jesus isn't just something we believe, it's

something we live every day.
