I don't think what I write is poetry. I don't really like the idea of 'writing poetry' - it makes it seem too mechanical. Instead I've regularly referred to them as poetical musings, as more often than not they are fleeting thoughts that somehow get manifested in quirky word choice and doggerel rhythm when I feel so inclined. So herein lie my poetical musings, a small part of the ephemeral reveries that take up my time.
