A big hit in our house

"Noisy Farm" is a favorite with my 14 month old daughter, who loves to lift up the flaps to see what the animals say. It's a guaranteed hit with the 12 months and up crowd, and a great introduction to reading. Your toddler will want you to read this to him or her 10 times in a row - which is really helpful in getting him or her to settle down before bed.

Favorite baby book!

This was my daughter's first favorite book - even when she was just a few weeks old, it fascinated her. She loved it until she was about 2, at which point it was so worn out I got another for my new baby. Well, it's baby sister's favorite book too! I think it's the reason both of my kids learned all the sounds that animals make before they learned to speak "human" words! :)

Great find for babies

My son loves this series of books and this one is no different. He loves to turn the flaps and hear what the animals have to say. It is a very simple book, but apparently offers endless enjoyment for babies and toddlers.

Flip Flap Fun

My daughter LOVES opening the flaps on the book. It's an excellent book because #1 it's interactive - the baby flips the flaps and you read the page he/she opened #2 the photos and sentences are simple #3 It's fun to say the animal sounds. We also have Animal Talk and Baby Talk. I think there are a few others as well.

My 20 month old son LOVES this book. It was the first one to catch his interest with the big animal faces and the fold out pages, and he still enjoys it so much that we had to replace our first copy (he chewed it up - a problem we've had with every book he got his hands on). Now he loves to make the animal sounds, especially at bedtime.
