This curriculum offers 52 lessons, enough for one agricultural-based lesson a week. We suggest Farm Fridays. These pages are not designed to be written in and can be shared by multiple students for multiple generations. Each lesson teaches unique farm and ranch material and suggests activities that you can incorporate into your current study programs. Each lesson also shares a photo and story from our family farm. As you and your students study agriculture, be mindful of specific areas of interest and foster that connection. I find that when teaching subjects that can be applied to real life situations, students often learn beyond expected standards. For that reason, our curriculum isn't tied to any specific state standard or grade, but can easily accommodate education goals by utilizing the header in each lesson.
