When he's pulled over by a sheriff's cruiser one night after work, Patton, a young lumberman, finds himself drawn unwillingly into a plan to steal a cache of gold coins.

The man inside the cruiser insists that Patton accompany him to a welcome home party for Terry Voyle, recently released from prison. At the party, Patton is reunited with former high school classmates including Terry's sister Katelynn.

As the party spirals out of control, Katelynn and Patton are left to carry out the plan to raid an old farmhouse in search of the coins. If they can manage to keep the heist from going any more wrong than it already has, they just might get away with the gold.
