Easy fabric folding adds excitement to traditional quilts Add spice to your quilts with a wonderful mix of traditional quilt patterns and origami techniques Rebecca's easy fabric folding techniques create beautiful 3-dimensional effects. These versatile motifs can also be applied to home decor, gift wrapping, and clothing. The possibilities are limitless, and the results are gorgeous. - A bonanza of 22 delightful projects for quilts, vests, and pillows - Most designs are fashioned from a single piece of fabric, making them quick and easy to complete - Template patterns and detailed photographs accompany step-by-step folding instructions for each design - 8 designs including stars, diamonds, inside-out flowers, folded roses, twirled roses, pinwheels, polygon flowers, and kimonos
Instructions aren't clear. Seems to be missing one or more steps in each design type. Maybe what's missing are the elements I'm supposed to already know, but no where does this book say it's intermediate level or above. Being a beginner I was looking for simple, well explained steps.

This book kept me up all night, making beautiful little flowers. Lots of inspiration! While the directions were "pretty good" a showing of the right and wrong side of the fabric would have been helpful, but a small amount of imagination and manipulation worked wonders.

A very well written instruction, and project book. Clear, concise instructions, graphics great, and the projects are varied, and not difficult.I would recommend this book to beginners, even children and teen-agers I think, who are craft minded, would love the fabric folding, and the many ways in which to use the flowers.

This book was a pleasure to review. It gave me a different view of flowers. The feeling of accomplishment was of more worth than the price of the book. A 5 star joy.
