A must read for all men

This is the best book I've read on what the biblical role of men is in leading their families. It reviews what has happened in recent history that has led to the break down of the family and then turns to the bible to give practicle instruction on how men need to get back to their God ordained role as leaders of the family. I have recommended this book to my married and single friends as well. This book gets 5 stars from me.

The Best

We have a Christian counseling center that operates as a ministry out our church and we use this book to work with men. It was not written specifically for counseling but it is simply the best book on Christian manhood that we have found. A MUST have book for every Christian man. Oh, and here's a hint, if you feel like you're "ok" then you definitely need this book!!! Father? Future Father? Read this book.

This is one of the best books on the subject of marriage I've ever personally read. Every man needs to understand his role in his family. This book helps to explain that role in an easy-to-read, biblically-grounded way and gives solid principles as to how that role plays out into practical, everyday life. If you're a father, about to be a father, or hope to become a father someday, you should read this book.

Comprehensive and Biblically Based--Excellent!

I have found this book to be the best comprehensive, biblically based handbook on patriarchy and the family out there. It is a must read for anyone serious about reordering their families God's way. I use it as a source book in my pastorial ministry.

Exceptional and about time

Kudos Mr Lancaster! This is extremely well thought out. Yes, it's true the general liberal secular population won't be enamored with your book but an open minded person of good will will find much to profit from. You bring us back to a time of foundations and an ordered world. The question is, "Do we dare walk a path that will strengthen our family if it bucks the curent trend?"
