Huge, comprehensive cookbook .

Its like the Home economics course your grandmother had and you didn't. It covers so many methods and has great recipes some simple, some complex. I always enjoyed and had success with recipes from the magazine. I had the Blue FC cookbook in the 80s and it still gets regular use. This used , like new was a great deal . Its a massive cookbook.
