The book is excellent, maybe not all the chapters but the general feeling and the information that provides. The chapter in thought, for instance, is brilliant!

Falling in Love with Life

This is a wonderful book and a must read by anyone that is interested in learning how humans think. By learning how we think the readers come away with the ability to control their thoughts rather than let their thoughts control them. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I felt Kelly should have ended once he was done teaching the main lesson.
