Enthusiastic thumbs up!

I loved this book. I'm a couples therapist and use Emotionally Focused Couples counseling and have attended several clases by Sue Johnson and associates. I gained new insights and clarity regarding EFT as a result of "pre-reading" this book for the purpose of recommending it to my clients. I've ordered several more copies to lend to my clients because I think it is so good. If you're interested in understanding what is the MOST critical element to keeping a relationship strong, this book does a great job. The author is very talented and skilled at explaining concepts in the most readable and enjoyable ways. I encourage you to buy it, read it and then share it with others. And if you struggle to resolve your attachment issues on your own - go to a EFT therapist ASAP.
