A city devastated by an earthquake is now under siege by an army of previously fallen soldiers.

Battling to exit the city destroyed by an earthquake, a small group of survivors must also contend with murderous, cannibalistic, seemingly indestructible 'Fallen', a group of soldiers awakened by the massive EMP pulse ejected by the ruined nuclear power plant.
To add to their woes, they receive word the military has a final solution for the Fallen that is only hours away.
With only one way out of the city, it's a race against time to get to safety.
