Gerat reading, and recipes!

This is a great book for reading some inspirational stories about the author's life as well as great southern vernacular recipes. The southern states are really just a great melting pot of many cultures, and Faith gives them all a bit of credit. Want that one for spiced pecans? Or how about sweet potato pie, confetti corn bread, or macaroni and cheese casserole? Try some potato soup, intoxicated pork roast, green beans almondine, layered mexican dip or mousaka; white chili, key lime pie, or even baked alaska...it's all here! We recommend this book to all cooks as a must have.
