Book arrived covered in permanent marker

I purchased the first 3 books of this series and this was the most expensive of the 3, over $23 for "Acceptable Condition". The jacket is missing, there is permanent marking drawings on the back cover, and the first several pages are covered in permanent marker drawings. If it were the same price as the other 2 books I received, I wouldnt care, but the other two were in pristine condition for $5 each. I wouldnt buy from this person again.
