USE THIS BOOK TO STUDY & PASS

I checked out and bought some of the other review books (Mosby's being one), and I have to say this book turned out to be the best. I didn't really think it would be that good of a book when I started looking at it, but it is. I took the first test in the book and got a 66%, then I studied everything I missed and tried to figure out what I didn't understand. On the second test I got a 71% and continued to study. By the time I took the last one I got a 80%. Within a week I took the ARRT test and scored a 94%! the only questions I didn't expect on the exam had to do with artifacts and processor artifacts, which this book doesn't really cover. Also I recommend highlighting sections in the test review that you have a hard time with, I used a second highlight color for all radiation information. Good luck. By the way I passed the registry in Aug 2005.

I agree with a previous reviewer that this author knows her stuff. This book is very good for studying for the ARRT. The questions helped me to focus on what to study. I also definitely recommend "The Ultimate Study Guide for the Registry Examination in Radiography: Key Review Questions and Answers" Volume 1 isbn 1933023031 Volume 2 isbn 193302304x Volume 3 isbn 1933023066 These 3 volumes also has excellent questions on all the topics tested on the ARRT. It made my life a lot easier. For products for the house, I highly recommend 3-in-1 Deluxe Light Therapy Lamp ASIN B0009OUI0 This lamp is excellent for the bedroom.

Execellent Guide for Canadian CAMRT licensing exam too!

After working in Radiography field for 23 years. I worte CAMRT exam and passed sucessfully. I found this review book was very interesting and helpful to pass the exam colourfully. I am still reading in my free time, I love it!

Very Helpful!!! A Must Have for any ARRT applicant

I can testify for the book and the author. I was a student of Jennifer's from 2001 - 2003 and she certainly knows her stuff!! I used the book to study for my registry and passed with flying colors. It has test taking tips, a quick reference of formulas, and a large bank of test questions. The CD is very helpful because you can set up a 220 mock exam that prepares you for taking the registry or if you are having trouble with one section you can concentrate on that area.I highly recommend this book!!!!Good Luck!!
