Very worth it!

This book is full of wonderful moments. It is obvious that the photographer had a great rapport with the subjects and it shows in the images. The book is also beautifully put together, both graphicly and tonally. I love how some of the images are just tucked in to the corner of the page, or sequenced across the page, depending on the nature of the image. I have also heard, tragically, the the photographer has since passed away, and this book is all the more precious now. Very worth it!

Oi's work is so very lovely. The images in this book are spiritural and stirring. The figures glow with mystery and magic. This book is true art.

Eroticism can be a pure experience

The images in this book are not about the sexual fantasy of an artist, but rather his love of form and strength that the female figure projects through the lens of camera. Some photos show the nude subject's face, always starring into the camera defying penetration into the realm of their world. Others are body parts cloaked in darkness, piquing the observer's curiosity. Probably the most important part of this series of photos, however, is the fact it gives a hint of the mystery of the female body: Each woman's beauty is defined by the pure expression of life experience, which helps shape and twist the curves of the human form.

Hey, I might be the photo editor of this book, but I wouldn't have worked with Oi if I didn't believe in the quality of his art. The human form is always a surprise through Oi's eyes. You'll enjoy the advanture of his seeing.
