Spear lived a quiet life in the comfort of his mother's mane.

While always knowing deep down he was different from the other foals he knew, life was simple enough under the protection of his mother that he never cared.

Until one day that all changed with the crack of a whip and his mother was gone.

Suddenly on his own, Spear finds himself in a new home surrounded by unfamiliar surroundings and circumstances. With the help of some new friends, he learns to navigate his new surroundings.

However not everyone he meets is his ally and he learns quickly how his uniquness brings out the good and sometimes bad of those around him.
