After two millennium, the Greek gods have returned to earth. The Greek gods intended to help humanity, but an invisible disease is killing them. The dying Greek gods desperately need the help of humankind. They search for a descendant of Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine. The dying Greek gods desperately hope a mere human mortal may have inherited his healing magic. They find Tina Theodoros, a nurse living on the island of Kaua i. The Greek gods create a raging storm and abduct Tina as she drives home from work. She is brought to the Greek god' vessel, the Eudoxia, by Calista, the captain. Calista explains their desperate situation. They have been poisoned by an enemy. The illness has destroyed most of their powers making them unable to find a cure. Calista persuades Tina to help the Greek gods survive. As Tina searches for a cure, she discovers that humanity is also on the verge of extinction. Unless Tina can find a cure for the Greek gods, a mutant human gene will ignite a pandemic that will extinguish all human life.
