A collection of short poems born from a spectrum of emotions. The words encompass experiences with anxiety, mental health recovery, joy, love, sadness, and learning to accept life's uncertainties. Split into two parts: Earth and Space, the collection is grounded, yet gratefully acknowledging of the mysteries that lie beyond our planet and human understanding. This collection was born out my own mental health recovery and journey to healing. The poems go from emotion to emotion representative of my daily life where emotions can change rapidly and anxiety can rise in moments. The collection is for those looking to learn, heal and grow through poetry. I hope it leaves others feeling encouraged, inspired, and brave.
