A Memorable and Moving Story

Once again, Catherine Mann has penned a phenomenal story using her remarkable writing skills. She combines her personal knowledge of those in the Air Force, plus the trials and delight of having a child, and creates a book of intense emotional depth. The storyline will grasp readers from the first page, as the action and suspense builds with every page and the touching moments will stir your own emotions. Ms. Mann's vivid portrayal of her characters' lives made me feel as though I was experiencing their thoughts and actions right along with them. EXPLOSIVE ALLIANCE proves a wounded heart can be healed by the power of true love. Mere words can never describe a Catherine Mann book, as her storylines are always emotionally compelling and heartwarming, plus her characters are memorable and compassionate. EXPLOSIVE ALLIANCE is an engaging love story, where the suspense is constantly building and the action is volatile. Bo and Paige will touch one's heart on the deepest level. Another AWESOME Military Romance by Catherine Mann

I absolutely loved this book. Catherine Mann is superb as a military romance writer. And why not, she is a military wife and knows it first hand! She makes the characters and their emotions so very real. These are "real" people who love, experience heartache, have problems - learn how to deal with them. Most importantly of all, they have a deep sense of alliegence and that comes through in ALL of Catherine Mann's books. Every book she writes gets better and better! I absolutely recommend this book and ALL of Catherine's books. This is a KEEPER!! Explosive Alliance rates 5 stars from this fan and loyal reader! LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT ONE!

Explosive Alliance is another gripping, steamy Wingmen Warrior story by Catherine Mann. Captain Bo Rokowsky cannot get the haunted look of Paige Haugen out of his mind. Though it has been a year since her husbands arrest and death in prison, Bo feels responsible. He opts to fly on a mission that will take him to Paige's new home with her young daughter. Paige Haugen has moved to live with her brothers in the hope of putting the past year behind her. But in walks a reminder from that time. Bo agrees to help Paige and her family out while he is in town. People from Paige's husband past make their presence know, Bo will do whatever it takes to protect this family. Bo has overcome a lot in his life and his is drawn to Paige and her child. Paige has had to depend on herself and when Bo lends a shoulder she is unsure. Bo and Paige bring a connection that is rare and special. I liked how they didn't jump into the relationship at first but let the friendship and tension build. Catherine Mann makes you feel like you are right there, whether its in the cockpit or on the ground. It's a keeper.
