The book is excellent. The seller was very timely in responding. However, the book I received was not the book that was advertised. The new book was shown pictured. When I received the product it was the older book cover. It was hardback as promised, but did not match the set I am working on building by this author. I was a little surprised by this. I think I should be getting what was purchased according to the advertised picture.

This book has really cleared up many issues I had with the Book of Revelation. The step by step breakdown of scripture along with an easy to understand commentary has kept me glued to this book. If you have a hard time understanding the Book of Revelation, John Phillips' commentary is what you need to get. Whether you are a new christian or have been walking with the Lord for years, this book will certainly help in understanding what is to come after the Church has been Raptured. What an eye opener! You will definitely want to have all your friends and family saved before the end times arrive. I would highly recommend this book.

This is rich and full of nuggets not found in most books on Revelation. There are no far out interpretations or predictions. After reading it I felt there was almost no need to read any others it was so satisfying and informative. Phillips brings in so many verses relating to each passage that is opens up the meaning in a very clear manner. He makes very rich applications to every day life. His outlines are fantastic. You can sense there has been much study gone intio the book and much wisdom given him. After reading at least a score of books on Revelation and teaching it myself, I find this book the most definitive work I have read. It not only informs you but will transform you as you study it
