This paper presents several experiential workshops as well as the theoretical framework that supports this device that has been called: "Transformational and motivational workshops as devices for change", on leadership and management techniques for work teams in educational and social institutions.In addition, the sequences of actions planned for each Workshop meeting are offered, as a contribution for management and leadership teams, and for those people who need to have ideas and orientations on how to think transformational Workshops as devices for change.The main purpose of this paper is to offer "Diverse leadership tools" under the consideration that they are an excellent opportunity to enhance teamwork and obtain extraordinary results.Bearing in mind the importance of helping the actors themselves to become agents of change and to build a professional path according to the current demands, proposing ideas and possible actions to achieve an Education for well-being and peace.
