Once in Virginia, she was introduced to the party scene in the Hampton Roads area where she was "free" to express herself. Once reconnected with her grandparents in the mountains of Virginia, she had an encounter with God that shifted the trajectory of her life and started her on a pursuit of wanting more of God.
