Caught in the web of religious dogmas, a girl from a poor orthodox family fell in love with a driver, who saved her father's life by donating blood and taking timely action. Her father due to his religious frenzy commits suicide after knowing that the blood which runs in his veins is that of a low caste driver. The driver educates the girl and makes her a District collector. Later the driver became a Superintendent of Police, but due to the girl's mother, she got trapped again in the web of religion and marries a man, who died due to an excessive drinking habit. The driver again enters her life and gave her a new life by getting her married to his friend.
