Exist, resist and Live tells the story of an immigrant girl. In her memoir, the author recounts how she had to face economic violence, physical and emotional abuse, and discrimination at the hands of her partner when she arri ved in a foreign country unprotected. She thus became another victim of childhood dehumanisation, experiencing a truncated childhood firsthand. Children who migrate leave their countries due to pover ty and violence, but their vulnerability puts them at risk of exploitation and marginalisation.
