Execution

By Kamila Barambas

Book Overview

Silence is not emptiness; it is a language.

In this raw, piercing, and deeply introspective debut, Kamila Barambas invites readers into the quiet, complex internal world of a woman navigating the aftermath of personal collapse. Through a series of fragmented memories, diary-like entries, and honest encounters with her own psyche, the narrator explores the harrowing yet beautiful process of rebuilding herself from the inside out.

Living with the weight of depression, anxiety, and a diagnosis of schizophrenia, the protagonist searches for a "better place"-not a physical location, but a state of mind where the noise finally stops. Guided by the presence of an enigmatic figure she calls "Angel," she learns that healing is not found in dramatic breakthroughs, but in the slow, unglamorous, and disciplined work of daily routine, boundary-setting, and the reclamation of one's own voice.

Execution is a visceral exploration of existence, survival, and the architecture of a life reclaimed. Moving between the cold clarity of winter and the warmth of newfound self-compassion, the narrative challenges the reader to look at trauma, identity, and mental health through a lens of uncompromising honesty.

This is a book for anyone who has ever felt like they were disappearing and needed to find a way back to themselves. It is a testament to the courage it takes to build a foundation when the world feels too loud, and the quiet power of choosing, day by day, to stay.

This is the first book in a psychological trilogy exploring the boundaries of control, the power of silence, and the transformation of the self.
