VERY WELL WRITTEN. WRITTEN IN LANGUAGE THAT THAT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND. VERY INFORMATIVE. I HAD BEEN PICKING UP BITS AND PIECES OF INFORMATION ABOUT 1031'S FROM HERE AND THERE. HOW WRONG THIS INFO WAS. I SHOULD HAVE READ THIS BOOK A YEAR AGO.

If you invest in real estate, this is a must-read book on 1031 Exchanges. It is extremely thorough, detailed, and comprehensive. It's very evident the author is not only knowledgeable on the subject, but is also very ethical in his approach to what can be a tricky subject. Investors would be wise to heed his advice about some of the traps with less advisors and companies that facilitate exchanges. I had a question about selling an investment property and holding back a second note for my seller. Gorman meticulously explained the ins and outs of that type of transaction.
