Brooklyn finds herself entering a world of exceptional characters and fantastic experiences after finding a time travel craft nestled deep in the woods on a fall rainy day. As she enters the craft, its engines ignite and Brooklyn is transported to another world as different from planet earth as imaginable Here she encounters an interesting companion, Nodin, who comes to her aid and fends off "The Eaters" and rescues her from a throng of fearsome monsters who wish them harm. Brooklyn is then taken to see the King who promises to bestow the gift of wisdom on her if she first reads his entire library with the aid of a magic key. But, before the King can allow Brooklyn to receive the gift of wisdom, she first must tell the King how she would use such a magnificent gift As Brooklyn begins to tell the King how she would use the gift of wisdom, she suddenly finds herself back in her home nestled in the woods. Was it all a dream? Was it real? And why, oh why is Nodin sitting in Brooklyn's kitchen with a sly smile on his face? This is the first volume of a series that will involve Brooklyn and Nodin exploring hyperspace and its many adventures.
