I am a civil engineer, dedicated to Site Design & Water Resources. My interest for this book was to counteract my few experience in the construction field, like design engineer is very important to know the need of the constructors, in order to prepare good details, specifications and construction methods. This book is a great tool, beacuse was written by Senior constructors. But, I think this book is missing a chapter dedicated to the earthwork computation.

Excellent Earthwork Reference

Great detail on cut and fill. Thorough drawings and diagrams. Geared toward the trade but a good primer for those with some experience in construction.
