80 years after the destruction of the Tsurugi Clan, the ancient artifacts known as "Vigor Crystals" had been scattered all around the world. For those 8 long decades, the Orochi clan were desperate to find them and finally bring about this world's end, however... with the finish line in sight and the plan nearly completed, they hit a snag.

On Jake Leyton's 18th birthday, his life would be forever altered as he was suddenly, and without warning, dragged into this generational conflict without any say in the matter. Now he, his friend, Mike Washington, and their mentor, Izoku Chie, have to find the remaining Vigor Crystals and prevent any more from falling into Orochi's hands.

The only problem of course, is that Jake is way too tired to deal with any of this nonsense. Saving the world can wait till later... can't it?
