Since antiquity, people have referred to the existence of evil as a 'problem.' Many have tried to undermine or eradicate evil, while some have held it as eternal. Some folks have gone so far as to claim that because evil exists, God therefore does not. After all, if God is all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-good, then how could He allow for evil to exist, such as through suffering, sin, and death?
